The warranty will be paid back via bank transfer on the same day of the departure after check out.
Above mentioned prices include: water/electricity/gas/wifi/final cleaning ( no dishes)
Manuals and instructions of house hold devices can be found in the TV stand.

In order to cancel your booking, please inform us via e-mail 20 days before the date of your arrival.
If a.m. deadline will not be respected a fee of 25% will be deducted from already paid amount.
Exceptions will be considered.
It's no longer possible to cancel booking 2 days before arrival!
In this case, no amount will be paid back.
